Join us for a Mindful Yoga Practice at the Marshbank Park Lodge. Each week will focus on different lessons and themes for the ultimate mind/body connection. Gentle Yoga flows designed for all levels, including teens! When the weather is nice we will take our mats outside on the grass. Bring your own mat.
