*No retail sellers. This event is limited to West Bloomfield residents and one selling spot per household.

**No furniture, no paraphernalia (drugs, weapons, tobacco products) and seller must take all unsold items with them.

***We will run the event in light rain, delay the start of the event the day of if we can or cancel if we have storms and are unable to hold the event. If the event is cancelled, sellers will receive a refund and will be the first contacted for the next Community Garage Sale.
