Looking to expand your perennial portfolio? Get your gardening gloves out and get ready to swap! Bring full plants, plant cuttings or seeds of a perennial plant you would love to swap with another plant lover. Bring labeled perennials at 1:45 pm, including the following information: name of the plant and whether it is a sun, shade, part sun or wet/moist. Swap starts at 2:00pm. Each participant bringing a plant will get a ticket, one ticket per perennial. Tickets will be randomly drawn to determine order for first pick. Once everyone has chosen their first plant, those who brought in more plants can choose from remaining plants equal to the number of plants they brought. Bring a wagon or cart if you have one. Our Naturalist staff will be available to help you learn about invasive species. Due to covid event safety precautions and social distancing, this is an adult only event. No children please.
