Soccer is a great way to enjoy the outdoors, get some exercise and socialize in a group environment. A fun introduction to soccer focusing on the delivery of immersive and interactive games and adventures developed by professional soccer organization, Challenger Sports. Includes games and activities to introduce and develop coordination, balance, running, stopping, turning, kicking, dribbling and throwing. Shirts and balls provided but players must provide their own shin guards. Ages are as of 9/1/19. Parent volunteers are needed to organize players on the field and to give positive re-enforcement to these young players. No soccer experience necessary. Parent volunteer coaches are encouraged to apply by visiting wbparks.org/soccer. Coaches applications due by July 26.
Registration begins Monday, June 3. Late registration begins 8/1/19, if spaces still exist an additional $20.
