Description:
Essentrics draws on the flowing movements of tai chi which create health and balance, the strengthening theories behind ballet which create long, lean, flexible muscles, and the healing powers of physiotherapy which promote a pain-free body. It simultaneously combines strengthening and stretching to develop a strong, toned body. You will gain the ability to move each joint and muscle freely, and with a full range of motion. The routines are done barefoot and consist of standing and mat work. Pre-paid single days available for $11/class.
