Description:
This course helps people with arthritis or other chronic conditions to grow stronger, feel better, and take control. Movements are low impact, joint safe and require no previous experience. Tai Chi has been scientifically proven to lower blood pressure, increase oxygen in the blood and improve the vitality of the skeletal muscle system!
